The special ICDD rate of $110 plus 8% tax includes a complimentary daily breakfast buffet in the hotel dining room. To make your reservation, call the Best Western Concordville Hotel and mention that you are with the International Centre for Diffraction Data group. The deadline for reservations is three weeks prior to the start of each clinic session. You will not be guaranteed a room after that time. Please check with the hotel for their room cancellation policy. 

Transportation
The Best Western Concordville Hotel will provide daily round-trip transportation between the hotel and ICDD. The official travel agency for the ICDD courses is Kitty Ward Travel. Directions to Best Western Concordville Hotel and Conference Center

• From Philadelphia International Airport: Take I-95 South to Exit 3A (new Exit 3)
  Route 322 West; hotel is located 8 miles on right

• From Delaware & Maryland: Take I-95 North to Exit 8 Route 202 North, Right on Route
  1 North, go past junction of Route 1 and Route 322; hotel is located 25 yards on right.

• From PA Turnpike: Take Exit 25A (new Exit 20) for Route 476 toward Chester, follow 476
  South to Exit 3 (new Exit 5) Lima/Springfield, follow Route 1 South; hotel is 12 miles from
  Exit 3 (new Exit 5) on left behind Concordville Inn Restaurant (before Route 322)

• From NJ Turnpike: Take Exit 2, follow Route 322 West, over the Commodore Barry Bridge
  to I-95 South to Exit 3A (new Exit 3) Route 322 West; hotel is 8 miles on right.

Directions to the ICDD

From Philadelphia International Airport (and points South)

Take Airport Exit towards Delaware, merging onto I-95 South.  Follow I-95 South for 5 miles to Exit 7 (I-476 North.)  Follow I-476 North for 9 miles, and at Exit 9 (Broomall, West Chester) turn left onto Route 3.  Follow Route 3 for 4 miles, turning left onto Campus Boulevard at the traffic light, into the Newtown Square Corporate Campus.  ICDD is on the right. Distance from airport is 19 miles and takes 45–90 minutes to drive depending on traffic.

From Pennsylvania Turnpike:

East (NY, NJ, CN): Travel West on I-276 to Exit 333 (Norristown), take I-476 South (towards Chester), and at Exit 9 turn right onto Route 3. Follow Route 3 for 4 miles, turning left onto Campus Boulevard at the traffic light, into the Newtown Square Corporate Campus.  The ICDD is on the right.

West (OH, MI, IN): Travel East on I-76 to Exit 326 (Valley Forge), continue East on I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway/Philadelphia) to Exit 331A (Chester, I-476 South), take I-476 South, and at Exit 9 turn right onto Route 3. Follow Route 3 for 4 miles, turning left onto Campus Boulevard at the traffic light, into the Newtown Square Corporate Campus.  The ICDD is on the right.

From the Best Western Concordville:
Go North on Route 1 past Franklin Mint.  At the intersection of Routes 452 and 1, turn left. This is Barren Road.  Continue on Barren Road (2 lane road with many curves and hills) until you must make a right turn. Turn right and proceed over small bridge. At the end of the bridge, turn left onto Bishop Hollow Rd. Continue on Bishop Hollow through the intersections of Bishop Hollow & Upper Providence Roads and Bishop Hollow & Gradyville Roads. Turn left into the Newtown Square Corporate Campus (which is about 300 yards beyond the Garrett Williamson Foundation) onto Campus Blvd. ICDD is on the left.
