ICDD is pleased to announce the recipients of
the 2004 Distinguished Grantee and Distinguished Fellow awards: 2004 Distinguished Grantee Shao Fan Lin of the
Nankai University, People's Republic of China was recognized for his 17
years as a participant in the ICDD Grant-in-Aid Program as he was named
the 2004 Distinguished Grantee Recipient at the Annual Meeting of ICDD
members. The ICDD Distinguished Grantee Award is presented to a grantee
who has demonstrated exceptional contributions to the ICDD through
Grant-in-Aid activities. Following more than 30 years of service to the ICDD, Dr.
Robert Snyder, Georgia Institute of Technology, was named as the 2004
Distinguished Fellow, also at the Annual Meeting of members. The
Distinguished Fellow award is granted to ICDD Fellows who have given long
