Annual Spring Meeting Schedule > Accommodations and Travel
Accommodations and Travel:
The Best Western Concordville Hotel and Conference Center has been
selected as the host hotel. A block of rooms has been reserved for the
nights of 20-24 March 2006 at a special meeting rate of $106.92 $US,
tax included, for a standard room. Rate includes a hot breakfast buffet
in the
hotel lobby, second floor. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout is
12:00 noon. Reservations must be made by 15 February 2006. You will not
be guaranteed a room or the special rate after this date. Please mention
ICDD
when you make your reservation. All guest rooms offer the following
amenities: hair dryer, in-room minibar, iron and ironing board, coffee
maker, two telephones, data port, voice mail, and complimentary USA Today
delivered to your room. The Best Western Hotel also invites you to the
nightly complimentary Managers' Reception - Monday through Thursday
5 - 6:30 p.m. Other hotel amenities include on-site Business Center, complimentary
local
transportation, same day dry cleaning, laundry facilities, heated indoor
pool and steam sauna, fitness center, and game room.

Take airport Exit towards Delaware, merging onto I-95 South, follow I-95
South for 5 miles to Exit 7 (I-476 North), follow I-476 North for 9 miles,
take Exit 9 (Broomall, West Chester), turn left at bottom of Exit ramp
onto Route 3 West, following Route 3 for 4 miles, turn left into Newtown
Square Corporate Campus at the traffic light. ICDD is on the right at 12
Campus Boulevard. This trip normally takes 45 minutes. During rush hour
this trip can take up to 1-1/2 hours.
Directions to the Philadelphia International Airport from ICDD
Headquarters
Exit from parking lot and turn left onto Campus Boulevard. Follow Campus
Boulevard and turn right onto Route 3 (West Chester Pike). Follow West
Chester Pike (Route 3) to Route 476 South. Follow Route 476 South to Route
95 North. Follow Route 95 North and there are well-marked signs for the
Airport. This trip normally takes 45 minutes. During rush hour this trip
can take up to 1-1/2 hours.

- From Philadelphia International Airport: Take I-95 South to Exit 3
Route 322 West; hotel is located 8 miles on right
- From Delaware & Maryland: Take I-95 North to Exit 8 Route 202
North, Right on Route 1 North, go past junction of Route 1 and Route 322;
hotel is located 25 yards on right.
- From PA Turnpike: Take Exit 25A (new Exit 20) for Route 476 toward
Chester, follow 476 South to Exit 5 Lima/Springfield, follow Route 1
South; hotel is 12 miles from Exit 5 on left behind Concordville Inn
Restaurant (before Route 322)
- From NJ Turnpike: Take Exit 2, follow Route 322 West, over the
Commodore Barry Bridge to I-95 South to Exit 3 Route 322 West; hotel is 8
miles on right.
Ground Transportation from Philadelphia Airport to Best Western
Concordville Hotel:

each way and reservations are strongly recommended. You may make your

call 1-800-648-5466. Please have your flight number available, when making
your reservation.
Upon arrival at the airport, go to Baggage Clam, dial 24 from the Ground
Transportation desk phone prior to obtaining bags..
Taxi: Available outside the Baggage Claim area. Fares are not regulated
and vary widely with each driver. This mode of transportation is not
recommended unless traveling to Center City Philadelphia.
