In accordance with Article III, Section 3.7(c) of the ICDD Bylaws, the results of the ballot for the 2012 Election of Officers and Directors, dated 6 January 2012, are presented herewith:

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 4.3(a), the newly elected Officers and Directors shall assume office immediately following the Annual Meeting, to be held 22 March 2012.
The following current Directors will join the newly elected ones to comprise the 2010-2012 Board of Directors:

In compliance with Article IV, Section 4.4, the Treasurer, Corporate Secretary, and Executive Director shall be elected by the Board of Directors at their meeting on Friday, 23 March 2012.
