Distinguished Fellow
The Awards Committee may recommend to the Board of Directors of the ICDD, that certain members, currently recognized as Fellows, be granted the title of Distinguished Fellow.

Selection process
The Distinguished Fellow award is granted only to ICDD Fellows who have given long and meritorious service. Nominations are solicited from ICDD Distinguished Fellows and Fellows only, circulated to the Awards Committee for consideration, and presented to the ICDD Board of Directors.

Award Presentation
Presentation of this award takes place at the Meeting of ICDD Members, held in March of each year.

Submission Process:

• Electronic: Names of candidates* may be submitted to the Chairman of the ICDD Award Committee by completing a Nomination Form.
• Hardcopy: Alternatively, names of candidates may be submitted to the Chairman of the ICDD Award Committee by mailing a letter of support describing the candidate's major accomplishments relative to the award, signed by the nominator* and two other fellows*.

In addition to the nomination form or letter of support, the candidate's curriculum vitae must be sent via e-mail to awards@icdd.com or by mail or fax, using the contact information below:
