Data for publication is acquired through contributions from scientists, literature searches, and the Grant-in-Aid program.

Data can be submitted electronically by e-mail in ASCII form (LANNO@ICDD.COM) or on other computer readable medium. Alternatively, your data can be transferred by filling out the Powder Data Submission form in Word format  and mailing or e-mailing it to:

Recognition Award Program

The International Centre for Diffraction Data is pleased to announce a Recognition Award Program for contributors to the Powder Diffraction File™. Contributors who submit 10 patterns which are accepted for publication qualify to receive a complimentary copy of an ICDD secondary publication or $150 discount on a product of their choice. These incentives will be awarded for each group of 10 patterns accepted for publication, with an additional $200 discount or secondary product awarded for 50 accepted patterns.
