Short Guide to Citing the PDF® Databases and JADE® Computer Software

This short guide shows how to cite the Powder Diffraction File™ (PDF®) databases and JADE® Computer Software in the Powder Diffraction Journal using the Chicago Manual of Style as well as the American Chemical Society (ACS) and International Union of Crystallography (IUCr) style guides.

Please Note:
• Modify the Reference List entry according to the database used (i.e. PDF-2 2023, PDF-4/Minerals 2023, etc.).
• Check with your publisher when creating your references about the style they specifically use.
