The special ICDD rates for each clinic are listed below, and include daily complimentary breakfast and daily transportation to and from ICDD. To make your reservation in the ICDD room block, please follow the links below or call Hilton Central Reservations at 1-877-STAY-HGI (1-877-782-9444), and mention ICDD and the group name.

The deadline for reservations is one month prior to the start of each clinic session. You will not be guaranteed a room after that time. Please check with the hotel for their room cancellation policy. Please note: If you are staying at the host hotel but did not book within our room block, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Please contact clinics@icdd.com for government rate instructions.

The Hilton Garden Inn will provide daily round-trip transportation between the hotel and ICDD, pending PA State and local government COVID restrictions. If you book your room outside of the ICDD room block, you will be responsible for your own daily transportation. The official travel agency for the ICDD courses is A Premier Travel Agency.
